2021 MEEA Virtual Conference - Day 1

  • 410 Central Ave., Suite 401 Great Falls, MT, 59401 United States (map)

MEEA’s virtual conference platform allows them to transcend many financial and geographic barriers as we bring you speakers and activities to push the limits. Their goal is to facilitate a space for sharing resources and experiences - those which will ensure our environmental education is promoting environmental literacy to all demographics and incorporating the varied perspectives from across the state. Each day of the conference is full of exciting sessions! This year, the $25 conference registration covers all virtual sessions of the conference as well as evening virtual events. Find more details and registration information here! Office of Public Instruction (OPI) Renewal Units will be available for attending the full conference.

Day 1 Schedule: Day one is sure to be exciting as we kick off our event with a quick welcome and networking activity, followed by our first keynote of the week, Yosemite Ranger Shelton Johnson, kicking off our event with a presentation around making outdoor spaces inclusive. Concurrent sessions will follow topped off by 30 minute facilitated discussions around hot topics in the EE world. And, don't miss out on Nature Trivia that evening!
